We recommend you seek independent financial, legal, and tax advice appropriate to your specific circumstances before entering into any loan or financial arrangement.
4. Lender Panel and Product Availability
Equity Cube compares loan products from a selected panel of lenders. We do not have access to every lender or product available in the market. The availability of any loan product is not guaranteed and is subject to each lender’s credit assessment, policies, and eligibility criteria, which may change without notice.
We will disclose our lender panel to you on request. In accordance with our obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth), we act in your best interests when recommending a loan product.

Equity Cube’s mortgage broking services are provided at no direct cost to you. We receive commissions from lenders when a loan settles. These commissions are paid by the lender and do not affect the interest rate or fees charged to you on your loan.
We are required to disclose any commissions or other benefits we receive. This information will be provided to you in our Credit Proposal and Credit Guide before you proceed with a loan application.
6. Credit Guide
As a credit licensee, Equity Cube is required to provide you with a Credit Guide before providing credit assistance. Our Credit Guide sets out:
