Equity Cube is an Australian mortgage brokerage. We work with clients across the country to compare loan options from our lending panel and structure finance around what they’re actually trying to do.
We’re a credit representative of Connective, one of Australia’s largest mortgage aggregator groups. That gives us access to a panel of selected lenders, including banks, non-banks, and specialist lenders, that we compare on your behalf.
Our clients are people in motion. Buying a first home, refinancing, investing, growing a business, or restructuring for what’s next.
What we do is straightforward:

How we look at things

The name Equity Cube comes from the mathematics of cubing. If you add to something, it grows in a straight line. If you cube it, it grows exponentially.
Most Australians treat their mortgage as something to chip away at. There’s another way to think about it. Your home loan, your investment loans, your offset, your equity — these aren’t separate problems. They’re parts of one structure.
